Keynote Presentation
A Change of Heart
Brief overview: Heart disease is the leading cause of death in both men and women. What should we do to decrease that risk? Have a change of heart. Not a literal change, as in a heart transplant, but the way we think about ourselves, health, and the widespread impact of heart disease on our lives.
